I gave the Spencad team a bit of a challenge last week! I asked them to give a new lease of life to some old pine... bedroom furniture.First problem was I didn’t have an outside space for them to put their spray tent up! However they rose to the challenge and as you can see from the results they did a great job and I am really pleased with the results. They absolutely went the extra mile to make sure that I now have 2 bedrooms with completely transformed furniture. Thank you guys.read more

What can I say. From start to finish absolutely brilliant. Jen & Dave was so friendly & professional. They are down to... earth and got on with their job straight away. They spent 2 days at our house and worked so hard. The job they have done is amazing. The outside of the house looks completely different & so much more modern, and the inside looks brand new what they have sprayed. They have turned an old fashioned looking house into a modern one in 2 days. We can not thank them enough for their amazing work & professionalism, as well as being lovely people. Had my windows doors, bricks and gate painted today. The whole experience has been great from start to finish. After... being promised quotes and visits from another local equivalent I contacted Spencad one Sunday afternoon, not expecting a response, was given a quote from photographs. Colour charts and photos from other jobs sent through, all my questions answered and I didn’t hesitate to book in on the days available.The other company got back to me a day after I confirmed my booking but they had had a month, so I made the right choice.I was told that they would check the weather the night before and make a call at 9pm if rain was forecast, lucky for me fabulous day has meant the team have finished the whole house in a day when 2 were pencilled in.Team turned up as planned this morning, really chatty and nice guys and have updated me in the day.They recommended I replace my down pipes, rather than spray them once on site which is probably a good call as they aren’t great and I will do this when I get my roof and gutters done in the next 18 months, but means a deduction on the quote today, so pleased to not have been ripped off too.In the meantime, so glad to get rid of the mahogany 80’s windows! And such a good alternative to replacing good windows for the environment and the bank balance.Cheers…. I would highly recommend you from start to finish.read more

After several failed attempts to contact this company to check they were still attending our property last week, I... finally had a reply on the day they were meant to be attending informing us they wouldn’t be coming, apparently back logged with work due to bad weather. We missed out on the chance to go on holiday with family because we had booked this appointment a month in advance and didn’t want to cancel. They didn’t even have the decency to let us know,just said they “might” be able to get to us later on the week, which wasn’t suitable as we’d booked to go camping. My wife has emailed and messaged via facebook messenger and still has had no reply. Not only that, they have blocked her from commenting and leaving a review. The lack of common courtesy and professionalism is truly shocking. And apparently we’re not the only ones they have done this to. AVOIDread more

Originally we were just having the... windows sprayed but we decided to do the garage door, front and back doors when they got here and they were more than accommodating. We did have a couple if issue's along the way but Dave and Jen responded very quickly with Dave coming back on numerous occasions to achieve customer satisfaction can not fault Spencad for their 5 star ⭐ customer service.Overall a pleasent, stressful at times piece of DIY for myself completed with an excellent experience from Spencad.
